Wordless Wednesday: Wilton Mom ReTreat Highlights

Warning: This post is anything but wordless.

One of my favorite parts of being a Wilton Mom Ambassador is attending the Wilton Mom ReTreats. These events are spectacular—no one organizes a blogger gathering quite like Wilton. This retreat welcomed two guest bloggers: the talented Jennifer from Mama D and Da Boyz and the warm, creative Sheena from Sophistishe.

At this session we decorated a white, five-tiered cake covered in fondant. Wilton provided all the supplies and tools, and the six of us worked together to create this centerpiece in just over an hour.

I focused on the heart border and the top tier, both crafted with fondant. It was much easier than I expected. I’m excited to share more later this month about some of Wilton’s new products—tools that truly make cake decorating more approachable for everyone.

I also enjoyed spending time with Jennifer from MomSpotted (you can see our cute, slightly blurry picture below), Caryn from Rockin’ Mama, and Tanya from Mommy Goggles. It’s always lovely to catch up with fellow bloggers and share tips and inspiration.

Couldn’t someone have told me my hair was puffing out? 🙂

I feel very fortunate to learn from Wilton experts and to take part in such hands-on, fun events. Look for more posts soon from the Wilton Mom ReTreat series.
