On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mainly on newer spots, but I’m also including a few places I’ve visited before because they’re still relatively new to the valley. One of those staples is Beaumont. Today I grabbed a breakfast burrito from Beaumont and knew it deserved a mention.

I appreciate Beaumont for many reasons, but the top two are convenience and freshness. If you spend time in the Wasatch Front mountains, Beaumont is one of the best places to fuel up before outdoor adventures. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and accessible without sacrificing quality. While I enjoy drive-through burritos from many Mexican spots, those can sometimes leave me feeling heavy from grease—especially when I’m about to be physically active. Beaumont’s offering feels lighter and fresher while still being satisfying.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is filled with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What really elevates it is the sauce—because a great breakfast burrito almost always depends on the sauce. The creamy tomatillo esc dressing gives the burrito an extra burst of flavor that ties all the ingredients together.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers much more than a great breakfast burrito. Their coffee and pastries are reliable, and their burrata salad is particularly tasty. A couple of practical notes: popular food attracts crowds, and Beaumont is no exception. On weekends you’ll often find a line and people gathered outside. If you only want pastries and coffee, don’t be deterred—you can usually grab those quickly or use the drive-through. If you plan to sit down, expect a potential wait on busy weekend mornings. With a pleasant patio and a thoughtfully designed interior, Beaumont makes for a consistently enjoyable visit.
