Colorful Berry Breakfast Bowl with Yogurt and Granola

If, like me, you don’t fancy smoothie bowls, this is a lovely alternative: fresh berries, creamy Greek yogurt and a handful of nuts or cereal.

It’s bright, quick to prepare and far more satisfying to nibble than drinking a blended bowl of fruit.

Our muesli breakfast bowl — ingredients

  • Small banana – sliced
  • 50g strawberries – sliced
  • 30g raspberries
  • 30g blueberries
  • 25g mixed nuts (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 25g crushed cereal or muesli

How to make our muesli breakfast bowl

Assemble the bowl by arranging the banana, berries, yogurt, nuts (if using) and muesli in an appealing way. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Make it your way

  • Try different yogurt flavours — coconut or vanilla yogurt work well for a twist.
  • Swap the cereal — serve with rye crackers for scooping if you prefer a crunch that isn’t cereal-based.

How to serve

  • As a fresh, nutritious breakfast
  • As a quick energy-packed snack
