Holiday parties, potlucks, carry-in dinners and family gatherings fill my calendar this season — likely yours too. I made these quick Pepperoni Snack Bites for a recent get-together, and they were such a hit I wanted to share the simple recipe.

The beauty of this recipe is its convenience: prepared dough and pre-sliced pepperoni mean the whole batch comes together in about 30 minutes. You won’t be stuck in the kitchen for hours, and you’ll still arrive with a crowd-pleaser.
Make it a Meal:
These snack bites are best served fresh from the oven. Pair them with a bowl of soup or a crisp salad for a light, satisfying meal.

Variations:
Swap whole olives for chopped ones, or use black olives if you prefer. Not a fan of pepperoni? Replace it with thin slices of ham, turkey or cooked chicken. If you like a bit more cream cheese, go ahead — just be mindful that too much can melt out during baking. A small amount (about 1/2 teaspoon) stays neatly inside each bite and gives great flavor.
Pepperoni Snack Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated crescent rolls, 8 slices pepperoni, 8 green olives (or black, if preferred), 4 tsp cream cheese.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. On a baking sheet, unroll and separate the crescent roll dough and flatten each piece slightly. At the wide end of each triangle, place one slice of pepperoni, top with about 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese, and add an olive. Fold the dough over the filling and press to seal. Bake at 350°F for 15–17 minutes, or until golden brown.

If you’re preparing for a large gathering, double or triple the recipe. For extra flavor, sprinkle a little oregano on top before baking — it adds a pleasant herbal note. A light dusting of grated Parmesan also works well.
Serve as an appetizer with small bowls of ranch dressing or marinara sauce for dipping. These bites are so popular you probably won’t have leftovers, but if you do, store them in the refrigerator for up to a week.
